Bonnie - Scheduling Coordinator
As a Scheduling Coordinator in our Detroit Lakes Office, Bonnie is happy to assist our patients and their families with the many facets of their orthodontic appointments. She enjoys spending family time (four children and eight grandchildren) at the lake, traveling and camping.
April - Scheduling Coordinator
As a Scheduling Coordinator for Drs. Harvey and Ames, April assists patients in scheduling appointments, making them feel comfortable and welcome during their visits. When April is not working at Harvey & Ames Orthodontics, she plays the piano and goes shopping at her favorite stop...Express!
Kate - Scheduling Coordinator
As a Scheduling Coordinator, Kate is pleased to help you schedule appointments and answer any questions you may have. When she is not in the office, she can be found spending time with friends and family, cooking, painting and playing the piano.
Shaylee - Scheduling Coordinator
Shaylee loves her position as Scheduling Coordinator because our patients need help with scheduling, and she loves making their appointments! When she is not at work, she loves spending time with her fiance, photography, art, movies and having dinner with friends!
Ashley - Treatment Coordinator
As a Treatment Coordinator, Ashley will gather pertinent information to prepare the doctors for your initial visit. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, dancing, and is also a licensed cosmetologist.
Kristen - Treatment Coordinator
As a Treatment Coordinator, Kristen assists Dr. Harvey and Dr. Ames in the consultation phase and works with patients and their families in discussing information regarding treatment, fees, and scheduling. Kristen enjoys watching football and hockey, spending time with family, cooking, traveling, and ice fishing.
Chelsie - Dental Assistant
As a Licensed Dental Assistant, Chelsie tries to engage every patient in friendly conversation to try and get to know each one personally! Her favorite TV shows are: Grey's Anatomy, One Tree Hill, Desperate Housewives.
Danielle - Dental Assistant
Danielle, a Licensed Dental Assistant, has been a part of Harvey & Ames Orthodontics since 2004, talking to people all day, helping the doctors with patient care and helping to give patients great smiles! When Danielle is not at work, she loves taking her Goldendoodle, Brooks, on walks, spending time with family and friends, cooking, baking and shopping!
Emily - Dental Assistant
Emily is a Licensed Dental Assistant and is extremely excited to be a part of this fantastic Orthodontic Team, where all patient care is delivered with a smile. When she is not here you might spot her at her favorite restaurants, either Granite City or HuHot; otherwise, she is out shopping or watching her favorite TV series "True Blood".
Gretchen - Dental Assistant
As a Certified & Licensed Dental Assistant, Gretchen believes that quality of care is most certainly provided in a fun and energetic environment here at Harvey & Ames Orthodontis where she has enjoyed working and growing with the practice since 1997. She is married with two daughters and enjoys walks, reading, watching TV and playing with Precious and Gus, the family Toy Poodles.
Kelsey - Dental Assistant
As a Licensed Dental Assistant, Kelsey helps our patients have wonderful orthodontic experiences while she performs exams and takes records for our doctors. When she is not at work, she loves shopping and singing, is an avid runner and follows the Les Mills Body Pump program.
Kimberly - Dental Hygienist
As a Registered Dental Hygienist, Kim bonds retainers, removes braces, cleans teeth, and gives educational information about oral hygiene because the best part of her job is seeing their beautiful smiles at the end of treatment! In her spare time, she enjoys working out, being with family and friends, traveling and spending time with her husband and Bentley, the family dog.
Kim - Dental Assistant
As a Certified & Registered Dental Assistant at Harvey & Ames Orthodontics since 1998, Kim helps place braces and sees all patients who come in for jaw surgery, informing them about some of the latest technology that will make their treatment more comfortable, At home, Kim spends time with her husband and plays with her two nieces and two nephews!
Laura - Dental Assistant/Clinic Coordinator
Laura is a Certified & Registered Dental Assistant and Clinic Coordinator who loves working with her patients, asking questions about each person's life, family and interests. When she is not working she loves spending time with her husband and their dog, playing softball, deer hunting with a bow or gun, and fishing.
Leslie - Dental Assistant
As a Licensed Dental Assistant, Leslie helps our doctors with patient care, and also orders inventory for our offices. Leslie is married and loves hunting, fishing, and outdoor sports.
Mary - Dental Assistant
Mary is a Licensed Dental Assistant, who helps place and maintain the braces while instructing patients on oral hygiene and encouraging cooperation with appliances such as headgear or rubber bands. Her husband and Mary have two dogs, named Shorty and Foxy, a cat, Hairy, and chickens and rabbits!
Stacee - Dental Assistant
Stacee is a Licensed Dental Assistant who has been working at Harvey & Ames Orthodontics since 2000. When not at the office, Stacee enjoys spending time at home with her husband and boxer, Mya, or at the lake with friends and family or snowmobiling!
Tennille - Dental Assistant
As a Licensed Dental Assistant, Tennille loves to care for patients with a positive attitude! At home, she spends time with her husband and two sons, watching her kids play sports, fishing, camping and hiking.
Becky - Business Office
As a Financial Coordinator, Becky manages contracts and answers financial questions for patients. Becky spends her non-working hours riding motorcycle, gardening, crafting, shopping, or taking naps. Jessica - Business Office
Jessica helps patients in the financial and insurance areas with her primary focus on helping to ensure that you receive your maximum insurance benefits and aid with flex plans. When she is not in the office, she enjoys shopping at the Mall, eating at Olive Garden or watching her favorite TV show, "How I Met Your Mother". Johnna - Business Office
As the Operations and Financial Associate, Johnna keeps track of contracts and also answers financial questions for patients. Patty - Business Office
As a Marketing Coordinator, Patty helps the office plan major events throughout the year. When she is not at the office, she enjoys bowling, golfing, crafting, spending time with children and grandchildren, and loving her two chihuahuas, Quincy and Gracie.
Fay - Business Office
As a Marketing Coordinator and IT Specialist. Fay assists in marketing activities and also maintains all software and hardware to ensure its working efficiently! Fay, who is married with two children, two step children, and five beautiful grandchildren, loves making jewelry, stained glass design, cross-stitching or playing video games.
Luci - Barista
As the Barista for Harvey & Ames Orthodontics, Luci meets many, many wonderful people each day and enjoys providing their taste buds with a fun drink of their choosing. Be sure to ask Luci about her favorite hobbies: scrapbooking, cooking and gardening.
